Looking for Helpers

While details are yet to be finalised, please keep an eye on our social media, newsletters and emails for further information. 

Thank you to all those who generously offered their time to help with the disco. We are in the final stages of organising session times and parents will be notified of their session time to help. Tickets will go on sale next week. Please note that session one (Pre-K to Pre-Primary) will be held in the final hour of school and students will not require a ticket. We still require parent helpers to help set up so if you are able to help out on the day please reach out!

Cost: $20 Non-Alcohol with Food Package or

$30 Alcohol with Food Package

Dress: Smart Casual (no denim or thongs)

(not period costume/fancy dress)

Time: 5.30pm - 7.30pm

Venue: Primary Campus (SMPAC building)

Our next P&F meeting will be held Monday, October 20, at 3.30pm at the PAC. A Teams link will be available to those who cannot attend in person and wish to attend online.

All caregivers are welcome to attend the meetings and it would be great to have as many people there to help support our school! We have so many great events coming this year, I can’t wait to share it with you! 

The P&F will be reinstating Parent Contacts for each year group. These contacts will be in charge of monitoring each year groups Facebook page, coordinating class catch ups and liaising with the P&F about class matters. If you feel this position would suit you please contact me to discuss. If you would like to join your year group's Facebook page please send an email 8605svc_pandf@cewa.edu.au and I can send you the link for your class’s page.
