P & F Committee

I hope everyone is settling into the new term well! It is definitely full steam ahead with events for the P&F; we have our two major fundraisers coming up which is keeping us busy! Firstly our Colour Run which we know will be a huge success and also our annual Easter Raffle!

The Colour Run is only 1 week away! For information regarding the colour run on the day, please see the booklet sent home last week. Below is the link for online donations.

REMEMBER: the winning class and homeroom gets a slide/pool pass AND a pizza party; the runner up gets a class pizza party. 

Volunteers:
This event requires and army of volunteers so this is a big call out to anyone who can spare some time on Thursday afternoon to help with the set up or some time of Friday to help with the actual event.

EASTER RAFFLE

We are now accepting donations of Easter items for our Easter Raffle.  If you would like to donate an Easter themed item, please drop them off to the admin office of either campus.  Thank you.

Tickets will go on sale in Week 9. Student leaders will be selling raffle tickets before school everyday. Tickets are 50cents each or 3 for $1. Prizes will be drawn in Week 10.

NEXT MEETING

Our next P&F meeting will be held Monday May 5, 2025, at 3.30pm. It will be held in PAC at primary campus. All caregivers are welcome to attend the meetings and it would be great to have as many people there to help support our school! We have so many great events coming this year, I can’t wait to share it with you! 

PARENT YEAR GROUP CONTACTS

The P&F will be reinstating Parent Contacts for each year group. These contacts will be in charge of monitoring each year groups Facebook page, coordinating class catch ups and liaising with the P&F about class matters. If you feel this position would suit you please contact me to discuss. If you would like to join your year group's Facebook page please send an email 8605svc_pandf@cewa.edu.au and I can send you the link for your class’s page.

Both the school and P&F Facebook pages are updated regularly and I encourage everyone to check both pages for up to date information. We also have a great addition with the 'P&F Uniform and Books Sale' Facebook page for families wanting to buy/sell uniforms and text books. We also have the individual year Facebook groups: if there are any parents new to your year please add them in!
