Marist Youth 'Connect' Night

On Wednesday 12 June, some of our Senior Secondary Students journeyed to Newman College to participate in the 2nd Marist Youth 'Connect' Night in WA for 2024.

44 Students gathered from Newman College and St Joseph's to reflect on the presence of God's spirit in all.

The night kicked off with what we know about Mary Magdalene and her role as a disciple and an advocate for women. Through this, students were also able to reflect on how God's spirit is also present in the marginalised members of our society, and what we can do to allow everyone to feel loved as Jesus intends.

The night included games, Liturgy and a Q & A session that allowed students to learn about God's plans for us in amongst a Marist setting.
